Fuga: Comedies of Steel 2 (G線上のフーガ2) is a comedic video series based on the world of Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2.
The series began on May 11th, 2023, the same day Fuga 2's worldwide release date. However unlike the former series, the volumes only have one story, and focuses on being more light-hearted with a bit of comedy.
Volumes
One Year After
Story:
Malt retells the story of the first game, telling how his village was invaded by the Berman Empire, led by the evil Shvein Hax, Malt tells how he alongside his little sister and friends escape and with the help of the Taranis started to fight back, while meeting other six kids along the way, until they won, Malt says that due to being the oldest he is responsible for the wellbeing of his friends with that he swears to keep them safe.
Hat Companion
Story:
Mei shows her new hat that Malt gifted her, Boron who also sports a hat says this made the two "Hat Buddies", while Hanna states how much she likes their hats, Kyle starts to imagine Hanna in all sort of dresses, Boron asks if Kyle could show them his hat, which Kyle responds he'll do it next time, Boron comments that Kyle is a fashionable guy, Mei stating that being fashionable is exciting, Kyle states that he knows all types of fashion and he'll take them shopping, but reveals he is doing it to impress Hanna, both Boron and Mei admit that Kyle is the "Fashion Leader".
Ideal Lady
Story:
Hanna compliments Chick's hair, saying how long have grown, Chick happily asks Hanna if it will grow just as long as her, with Hanna stating it will with time, Hanna imagines many hairstyles that would look on her, with Chick asking if is that true, with Hanna stating it is, Chick excited says how excited she is for becoming a lady like Hanna.
Replacement
Story:
Hack expresses joy at seeing Mei's hat that was given by Malt, Hack asks her if he can have borrow it in exchange to give her his hat, Mei accepts accepts, Hack later asks Mei is they can do this again sometimes, with Mei once again agreeing to do it.
The Power of Nono
Story:
Sheena reveals that she has been practicing with her powers after their last adventure, much to Hanna's happiness, while Socks wants to ask her questions, he is interrupted by Hack who wants to see Sheena saving the world, Boron wants her to make food and Kyle who wants her to do magic tricks, Hanna enjoys the ideas of the others, while Sheena looks exasperated by it.
In Those Days
Story:
Merlot and Muscat are happy over the new jacket they gift to Malt, with Merlot saying he sees a lot of him in Malt, making him remember his youth, however Muscat points out it hard to picture that, as she sees a huge difference between Malt and Merlot, when states he was different when he was his age, Muscat states that it would do him good to stop eating.
I'm Vanilla
Story:
Vanilla's introductory chapter, she establishes being good in academics, ballet, etiquette and cooking, saying that she is good at it due to being the president's daughter.
Affinity, Good……?
Story:
Vanilla and Malt are shown to be in sync in several moments, much to Britz' surprise.
Results of Practice
Story:
Socks tells Chick how he was able to finally talk to girls, by learning with Kyle acting as a girl, surprised both Chick and Socks see Kyle as a future actor, so they both ask for his autograph much to his confusion.
Table Manners
Story:
Vanilla and Kyle make food for Boron, who's excited to eat it, however he is constanly interrupted due to Vanilla and Kyle pointing his bad table manners, making it impossible to eat much to his sadness.
Meals
Story:
Chick, Hack and Boron make food for Von Baum and Von Stollen, however all the food they give them only causes them problems, making the two old men to complain at them, making all of them bicker.
Sense of Battle
Story:
The Exo-Taranis is under attack, while everyone panics, Vanilla tries to destroy the enemy, however she keeps missing the target, Britz offers to help, but Vanilla refuses, all while both Baum and Stollen see that they don't have a chance.
Talking Bleuette
Story:
Sheena believes that her doll Bleuette is capable of talking, however, she realizes that it was Hack playing a prank on her, so she decides to prank him back, by calling him a hero, and saying he can improve if he studies hard, Hack taking her words to heart, starts doing it, much to Chick' shock.
Tarascus
Story:
Hax is tricked by Hack into saying Tarascus multiple times, only to be scold by Chick for doing that, much to Hax's confusion, later Vanilla does the same, only to be amazed by that, much to Hax's exasperation, wondering why kids behave like that.
Wrinkling
Story:
Mei is trying to learn how to count to one hundred, by using the wrinkles of Von Baum and Stollen, the old men, initially are annoyed of her doing that, but after Mei apologizes, they decided to help her, Malt makes fun of them, much to their anger.
The Mischievous Grandfathers
Story:
Von Baum and Stollen bored out of their minds, decide to play a mean prank on the kids, when Hack comes to tell them that the food is ready, he finds them passed out on the floor, he alongside Britz, Kyle and Socks assumed they are dead, while the Hack, Socks and Kyle want to visit a doctor to check if they are fine, Britz says is to late, and decide to ask Jin to built two coffins for them, Von Baum and Stollen quit the prank to show they are alive, only for Britz to admit he knew, much to their anger.
Travel Photography
Story:
Wappa shows both Chick and Sheena pictures of her travels, including of the people she met during her journeys, however they soon stumble upon a picture of Wappa wearing a dress, embarrassed, Wappa takes the pictures and leaves the room, much to the amusement of Sheena and Chick.
An Important Letter
Story:
Wappa sees Sheena being excited over a letter much to her confusion, which Sheena states that she has made a pen pal, with her expression the emotional roller coaster she goes through, Wappa admits that is nice and important to bring a letter or two on their trip, however, Sheena reveals that in reality, she brought a bag full of letters, much to Wappa's shock.
